it is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $10,016.25 which represents arrears of rent ($9,830.25) plus the application filing fee ($186.00) for the period ending December 31, 2025. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • Payments of $1,000.00 on or before the 6 th day of each month starting on February 6, 2026, and continuing each month until November 6, 2026 ; and • a final payment of $16.25 on or before December 6, 2026. 3. If the Tenants do not make any of the required payments in full and by the applicable deadlines, the Tenants will start to owe interest. The monies owing shall bear interest at the post-judgement interest rate determined under subsection 207(7) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
