It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $7,817.00 for arrears of rent up to January 31, 2026 and costs. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: i) $2,210.00 by January 22, 2026; ii) $200.00 by February 15, 2026; iii) $200.00 per month, for 27 consecutive months, by the 15 th day of each month, from March 15, 2026 to May 15, 2028; and iv) $7.00 by June 15, 2028.
