It is ordered on consent that: 1. Pursuant to the L2 Application, the tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 31, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 31, 2026, then starting June 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after June 1, 2026. 4. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $54.05 per day for the use of the unit starting April 1, 2026, to the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 5. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord the amount of $7,681.57 plus all daily rent that accrued from April 1, 2026, to the date the Tenants moved out of the rental unit, in full on or before May 31, 2026. 6. If the Tenants fail to make payment in accordance with paragraph 5 of this order, the outstanding balance to be paid by the Tenants to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 5 shall become immediately due and payable, and the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated at a rate of 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting June 1, 2026.
