(2) The Tenant shall pay the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph (1) above in accordance with the following schedule: • On or before January 15, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $773.00; • On or before February 15, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $747.75. Paragraph 3 is amended to state: The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due for January 1, 2026 and February 1, 2026 respectively, or until all the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest.
