it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 19, 2026. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $11,916.00 which represents arrears of rent ($11,730.00) plus the application filing fee ($186.00) for the period ending January 14, 2026. 3.
