The Tenant shall remain connected to and participate in all current supports and treatment plans that are in place as of the date of this order. 5. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10,000.00 as compensation for damages arising from the incident described above. 6. The Tenant shall pay the amount owing in paragraph 5 according to the following schedule: • $5,000.00 on or before May 3, 2026, and • $5,000.00 on or before May 31, 2026. 7. Section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the “Act”) applies to this Order for a period of 36- months from the date this o rder is iss ued. If the Tenant fails to comply with any of the requirements in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, and 6 of this order, the Landlord may apply at no cost, and without notice to the Tenant, for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant. The Landlord must make this application within 30 days of a breach of a condition set out in this Order.
