it is ordered that: 1. For a period of 12 consecutive months, the Tenant, another occupant or guest shall not threaten, harass or intimidate any other residents, staff or persons on the residential complex. 2. For a period of 12 consecutive months, the Tenant shall not store or permit the storage of any items on the balcony that poses a safety risk. This includes but is not limited to combustible materials or items that could fall off the balcony. 3. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') File Number: LTB-L-094950-25 Order Page 2 of 2 for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenant.
