The Tenants shall ensure that neither they nor their occupants, guests, or invitees substantially interfere with the Landlord’s or other Tenant s or neighbours reasonable enjoyment or with their lawful rights, privileges, or interests, for a period of twelve (12) months commencing March 3, 2026. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Refraining from engaging in disruptive conduct, including making threatening or offensive remarks, or exhibiting aggressive, intimidating, or harassing behaviour toward the Landlord, the Landlord’s employees or agents, Tenants, or neighbours. • Refraining from wilfully or negligently causing damage to other Tenants or neighbours property. 2. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord chargebacks for the reasonable costs of repairing or replacing the damaged window and the damage to the garden/yard when the Landlord provides the chargeback invoice. 3. If the Tenants fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1-2 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants . The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenants . 4. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 5.
