It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out below for six (6) months from the date of this order. The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with music insurance policy on or before March 12, 2026, and this policy shall indicate the Tenant is a residential piano teacher. 3. The Tenant shall comply with City of Kingston bylaws when operating as a residential piano teacher, including but not limited to noise bylaws, and other limitations. 4. The Tenant shall remove shelving installed in the bathroom and bedroom upstairs, remove screws and fix the wall on or before March 12, 2026. 5. The Tenant shall refrain from storing any items next to the radiators, radiator’s covers and allow the air circulation around the radiators. 6. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition. This application is made to the LTB without notice to the Tenants.
