It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before February 16, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 16, 2026, then starting February 17, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after February 17, 2026. 4. On or before January 19, 2026, the Landlord shall pay to the Tenants $3,075.00 for the compensation required by section 48.1 of the Act. 5. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $3,437.40, which represents compensation for the use of the unit from November 15, 2025 to December 18, 2025. Any amount the Tenants have paid to the Landlord for rent for this period is deducted from the amount owing. 6.
