it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated, effective February 28, 2026. The Tenant s must move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2026, then starting March 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 1, 2026. 4. If the Tenants have not vacated the unit on or before Febraury 28, 2026, the Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $73.43 per day for the use of the unit starting March 1, 2026 until the date the Tenants moves out of the unit. 5. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $608.05 by February 28, 2026 which is comprised of rent arrears to February 28, 2026 ($2,655.50) plus filing costs ($186.00) less Last Month’s Rent deposit/interest ($2,233.45). 6. If the total amount owing is not paid by February 28, 2025, the Tenant shall pay post judgement interest on any balance owing at an annual rate of 4.0%.
