Order LTB-L-097895- 25, issued on Dece mber 29, 2025, is set aside and cannot be enforced. 3. The arrears and costs owing to January 31, 2026, total $10,073.00 which shall be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord in $100.00 installments commencing February 1, 2026 until May 1, 2034 and a final payment of $73.00 on or before June 1, 2034.
