The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of March 21, 2026, the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $1,333.67. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to the date the Tenant moved out of the rental unit and the cost of filing the application. The rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit is deducted from the amount owing by the Tenant. See Schedule 1 for the calculation of the amount owing. 4. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before May 24, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Lindsay Ruiz Alas and Luis Leonardo Contreras Johnson (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was resolved by order LTB-L-098056- 25 issued on February 25, 2026. On March 20, 2026, the Landlord requested a review of the order. On March 23, 2026, interim order LTB-L-098056- 25-RV-IN was issued, directing the matter to a review hearing. This review request was heard by videoconference on May 7, 2026. The Tenant’s Agent, Luz Maria Contreras Johnson, the Landlord’s Agent, Peter Labancz, and the Landlord’s Legal Representative, Cuiwen Hu, attended the hearing.
