The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: • A payment of $600.00 on or before March 1, 2026; • Monthly payments of $400.00 by the 1 st day of each month, starting April 1, 2026, and continuing until August 1, 2026; and • A final payment of $224.80 on or before September 1, 2026. 3. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before October 1, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from October 2, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing for the period between March 1, 2026 to September 1, 2026, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 6.
