The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before A ugust 15, 2026. 2. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $ 3,726.00. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to February 14, 2026 and the cost of filing the application. 3. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 2 in accordance with the following schedule: Date Payment Due Amount of Payment February 16, 2026 $1,200.00 March 2, 2026 $1,200.00 April 1, 2026 $600.00 May 1, 2026 $726.00 4. Should the Tenant fail to make any of the payments as set out in paragraph 3 of this order while any arrears are outstanding, the entire remaining outstanding balance shall become due and payable starting the day after the first payment was missed. The Tenant will start to owe simple interest calculated at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding, also starting the day after the first payment was missed. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent in full and on time for the period March 15, 2026 to July 15, 2026. 6. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions set out in paragraph 5 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant earlier than August 15, 2026.
