Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after March 10, 2026. 4. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $8,400.00 which represents arrears of rent for the period ending February 28 2026, plus the application fee. 5. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 4 in accordance with the following schedule a) $600.00 on or before the first day of each month starting June 1, 2026, through to and including July 1, 2027. 6. If there is a breach in payment, the balance becomes due and payable immediately and Simple Interest will be calculated (Courts of Justice Act) on any balance outstanding commencing the date following the breach. 7. The Tenant will pay March 2026 rent on March 1, 2026. 8. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $92.10 per day for the use of the unit starting March 10, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
