For a two -year period commencing on January 6, 2026, the Tenant shall: a) On or before January 12, 2026, arrange for a third party to complete a deep clean the rental unit. b) Commencing February 1, 2026, the Tenant will continue to have the rental unit cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by a third-party cleaning company. c) Provide the Landlord with written proof that a third-party cleaner is continuing to provide the service, this can be done by way of an invoice or any other documented proof of the service rendering. 3.
