The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $ 1,888.50, which represents the arrears of rent ($1,545.00) costs ($186.00) and NSF fees ($157.50) outstanding for the period ending February 28, 2026. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: a) $1.000.00 on or before March 5, 2026; and b) a final payment of $888.50 on or before March 19, 2026 .
