The associated order issued on February 21, 2025 with respect to the primary file LTB-L- 089030- 24 is amended, by way of cancelling and replacing it with the following: 3.The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $12,506.00 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026 and costs. 4.The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 3 in accordance with the following schedule: i) $1,000.00 by March 5, 2026; ii)$1, 500.00 by April 10, 2026; iii)$20 0.00 by May 20, 2026; iv)$200.00 per month, for 48 consecutive months, by the 20 th day of each month, from June 20, 2026 to May 20, 2030; and v) $20 6.00 by June 20, 2030. 5.The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time and in full as it comes due and owing, by the first day of each month, from April 1, 2026 to June 1, 2030 , or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 6.If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments in accordance with this order, the outstanding balance of any arrears of rent in costs to be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to paragraph 3 of this order shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may, without notice to the Tenant, apply to the LTB within 30 days of the Tenant’s breach pursuant to section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant and requiring that the Tenant pay any new arrears, NSF fees and...
