it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 2. If the unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2026, then starting May 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after May 1, 2026. 4. If the Tenants do not vacate the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026, then: (1) the Tenants shall pay the Landlord $19,686.00 for arrears of rent for the period ending February 28, 2026 ($18,200.00), the application filing fee ($186.00) and the rent for March 2026 ($1,300.00); (2) the Tenants shall also pay the Landlord compensation of $42.74 per day starting May 1, 2026 and continuing until the date the Tenants vacate the rental unit; and (3) paragraph 6(2) of this order shall be void. 5. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before April 30, 2026, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from May 1, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 6. If the Tenants vacate the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026, then: (1) the Landlord shall waive all outstanding rent arrears, the application filing fee and the rent for March 2026; and (2) the Landlord shall pay the Tenants $1,050.00 via e-transfer to cover some or all of the last month’s rent deposit at the Tenants’ new rental...
