The Landlord and Tenant will pay to each other any money that is owing as a result of this order. 7. If the Tenant fails to pay the Landlord any money owing to the Landlord in accordance with paragraphs 5-6 of this order, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the ‘Act') for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant earlier than the agreed upon June 30, 2026.
