It is ordered that: 1. The Tenant’s tenancy shall continue provided that the Tenant meets the conditions set out below: 2. The Tenant shall not engage in the same behaviours as set out in the N5 and N6 notices of termination dated December 2, 2025 commencing April 10, 2026 and for a period of 24 months. The Tenant is not to cause damage to any other tenant’s doors in the residential complex and the Tenant is not to be present on the 3 rd floor of the residential complex. Both of these conditions will be in place for a 24- month period starting April 10, 202 6 and ending on April 10, 2028. 3. If the Tenant fails to comply with any of the conditions in accordance with paragraph 2, the Landlord may apply under section 78 of the Act for an order terminating the tenancy and File Number: LTB-L-106935- 25 Order Page 4 of 4 evicting the Tenant. The Landlord must make the application within 30 days of a breach of a condition set out in paragraph 1 of this order. 4. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $2,034.00 which represents the damage claim for the replacement of the door. 5. The Tenant shall also pay to the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. 6. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing ($ 2,220.00) on or before April 19, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest.
