It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before April 30, 2026. 2. If the rental unit is not vacated on or before April 30, 2026, then starting May 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlords on or after May 1, 2026. 4. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $674.08, which represents compensation for the use of the rental unit from March 1, 2026 to March 11, 2026. File Number: LTB-L-106941-25 Order Page 5 of 5 5. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlords compensation of $61.28 per day for the use of the rental unit starting March 12, 2026 until the date the Tenants move out of the unit. 6. If the Tenants do not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before April 30, 2026, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from May 1, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
