it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if, for a period of March 24, 2026, through to and including March 23, 2027, the Tenant meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenant, their guests/visitors or other occupants of the rental unit shall not substantially interfere with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord, other tenants, which includes: a) Not creating disturbances of any kind in the rental unit or residential complex, this includes yelling, screaming, fighting or otherwise creating excessive noise in the rental unit or residential complex.
