it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2026. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 31, 2026, then starting September 1, 2026, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 3. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlords on or after September 1, 2026. 4. The Landlords shall not pursue or require the Tenant to pay the charge back fee imposed from the management office of the residential complex in the amount of $1,641.50. These amounts have been waived. 5. The Tenant, occupants, and any guests of the unit, shall not engage in behaviour that will lead to any further incidents, or warning reports, regarding the Tenant’s dog or the behaviour of the Tenant, occupants or guests of the unit.
