It is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenants shall pay the monthly rent to the Landlord in full and on time as it comes due on or before the 1 st day of each and every month, starting April 1, 2026 until and including March 1, 2027. 3.
