it is ordered that: 1. The application is amended to identify the Landlord as Gurbaksh Bedi . 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated on March 31, 2026. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026 . 3. If the unit is not vacated on or before March 31, 2026 , then starting April 1, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 4. Upon receipt of this order, the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant possession of the unit to the Landlord on or after April 1, 2026. 5. If the Tenant does not vacate the rental unit on or before March 31, 2026, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord compensation of $79.10 per day for the use of the unit starting April 1, 2026 until the date the Tenant moves out of the unit. 6. On or before March 31, 2026 the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord $7,519.04 which represents arrears of rent for the period ending March 31, 2026 ($9,624.00), less the last month rent deposit ($2,100 .00), less the interest on the last month rent deposit ($190.96) plus the application filing fee ($186.00). 7. If the Tenant fails to make the payment in accordance with paragraph 6 above, the full balance owing becomes due and payable immediately and the Tenant will start to owe interest.
