It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $7,375.38 for arrears of rent up to March 31, 2026, and costs. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: 1. $2,500.00 on or before March 5, 2026. 2. $2,500.00 on or before March 16, 2026. 3. $2,375.38 on or before March 31, 2026. 3.
