it is ordered that: 1. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants continues if the Tenants meets the conditions set out below. 2. The Tenants must maintain their utility bills (gas and water) in good standing, without past due amounts owing, for a period of 12 months, starting April 15, 2026.
