It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Landlord agrees not to increase the lawful monthly rent – which is $2,850.00 as of the hearing date – on or before March 26, 2027. 2. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $100.00 via e-transfer on or before April 30, 2026. 3. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the amount in paragraph 2 on or before April 30, 2026, the Landlord will start to owe interest.
