This Tenant application — Tenant application — Harassment — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The total amount the Landlord will pay to the Tenant is $2,000.00. 2. The Landlord has already provided the Tenant with $850.00; therefore, the total remaining balance owing by the Landlord to the Tenant is $1,150.00 . 3. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing on or before June 18, 2026. 4. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing on or before June 18, 2026, the Landlord will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from June 19, 2026 at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 5. The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order.
