It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Landlord shall pay the Tenants $4,500.00 via e- transfer according to the following schedule: a. $1,500.00 on or before April 30, 2026; b. $1,500.00 on or before May 31, 2026; and, c. $1,500.00 on or before June 30, 2026. 2. If the Landlord fails to make any of the payments in paragraph 1 on or before the date it is due, the full outstanding amount will become payable, and the Landlord will start to owe interest.
