It is ordered that: 1. The total amount the Landlord shall pay the Tenant is $1,093.93. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the full amount owing by March 31, 2026. 3. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by March 31, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from April 1, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 4. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing by April 1, 2026, the Tenant may recover this amount by deducting $1,094.23 from the rent due and owing for the month of April 2026. 5. The Tenant has the right, at any time, to collect the full amount owing or any balance outstanding under this order. 6. On or before April 30, 2026, the Landlord shall arrange for mold and asbestos testing with a qualified technician. Results of the testing shall be provided to the Tenant within 10 business days of their receipt and shall be provided to the Tenant no later than July 31, 2026, failing which the Tenant may make another application to the Board.
