This Tenant application — Tenant application — Harassment — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenants $2,500.00. 2. The Landlord shall pay the $2,500.00 to the Tenants on or before March 26, 2026, by e- transfer. 3. Upon receipt of this payment all issues regarding this tenancy are resolved and this decision represents a full and final settlement to both applications. 4. If the Landlord fails to the make the payment in accordance with paragraph #2 of this order, the full amount shall become immediately due and payable, and the Landlord will start to owe interest at a rate of 4% annually on the balance outstanding starting the day following the date of default.
