This Tenant application — Tenant application — Bad faith notice — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Purchaser shall pay to the Tenant the sum of $10,000.00 as compensation for the subject matter of this application as follows: a. The Purchaser shall pay to the Tenant $5,000.00 on or before February 7, 2026; and b. The Purchaser shall pay to the Tenant $5,000.00 on or before February 22, 2026. 2. If the Purchaser fails to make any payment to the Tenant in accordance with paragraph 1, the Purchas er will start to owe interest on the full outstanding balance.
