it is ordered that: 1. The Landlord will not enforce/collect from LTB-L-058488-23 issued on February 8, 2024. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $8 079.24, representing the ordered rent arrears as per LTB-L-058488-23 plus half of the per diem owing (as agreed by the parties) for December 20, 2023 – May 1, 2024 and is minus a rent abatement to the Tenants to resolve the Tenants T6 application. 3. The Tenants shall pay the amount owing, via e-transfer, as per paragraph 2 above, as follows: a. Commencing April 20, 2026, the Tenants shall pay $150.00 on or before the twentieth (20 th ) day of each and every month for a twelve (12) month period ending March 20, 2027; b. The final payment shall occur on or before April 20, 2027 and will be in the amount of $6 279.24. 4. If there is a breach in payment, as per paragraphs 3a) and/or 3b) above, the balance becomes due and payable immediately and Simple Interest will be calculated (Courts of Justice Act) on any balance outstanding commencing the date following the breach. 5. With the exception of the collection of any money that comes due as a result of this Order, then this Order settles all matters arising from this tenancy and neither party will file any other application, action, claim or commence any proceedings against the other party related to this tenancy in any court of competent jurisdiction.
