It is ordered on consent that: 1. The total amount the Landlords shall pay the Tenants is $1,700.00 via electronic transfer on or before M ay 20, 2026. 2. If the Landlords do not pay the Tenants the full amount owing by May 20, 2026, the Landlords will owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from May 21, 2026, at 4.00% annually on the balance outstanding. 3. This order resolves all issues between the Parties arising from the tenancy up to April 21, 2026.
