This Tenant application — Tenant application — Bad faith notice — was resolved by a consent order between the parties.

It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Landlord shall pay to the Tenants the total amount of $2,562.50 as set out below: a) The Landlord shall pay $512.50 to the Tenants by May 15, 2026; b) The Landlord shall pay $512.50 to the Tenants by June 15, 2026; c) The Landlord shall pay $512.50 to the Tenants by July 15, 2026; d) The Landlord shall pay $512.50 to the Tenants by August 15, 2026; and e) The Landlord shall pay $512.50 to the Tenants by September 15, 2026. 2. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenants the full amount owing by September 15, 2026, the Landlord will owe interest.
