applied for an order determining that 1715 Bathurst Limited Partnership (the 'Landlord') collected or retained money illegally. This application was mediated by videoconference on April 23, 2026. The Landlord Representative Chris Woronchanka, and the Tenant Representative Naseer Ahmad attended the hearing. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent and I am satisfied that the parties understand the consequences of their consent.
