applied for an order determining that Carlo Dicarlo and Tom Marasovic (the 'Landlords') collected or retained money illegally. At the hearing, the Landlord said that the lease agreement was, in fact, between Dicarlo Brothers Inc. as Landlord, and Afombo-Edimo Agborndip, Asek Awu Agborndip and Maximum Luxury Inc. as Tenants. The named parties were accordingly amended. This application was heard by videoconference on April 23, 2026.
