File Number: LTB-T-102538- 25 Order Page 2 of 2 2. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. T he Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026. 3. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $10,000.00, the remaining cash- for-keys balance. 4. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant the amount set out in paragraph 3 in accordance with the following schedule: • $4,000.00 on or before May 14, 2026; and, • $6,000.00 on or before June 30, 2026, at such time as the Tenant provides vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord. 5. If the Tenant fails to vacate the rental unit on or before June 30, 2026, they shall forfeit claim to the $6,000.00 payable by the Landlord on or before June 30, 2026. 6. If the Landlord does not pay the Tenant the full amount owing on or before June 30, 2026, the Tenant will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from July 01, 2026, in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act on the balance outstanding. 7. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 30, 202 6, then starting July 01, 2026, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. 8.
