it is ordered that: 1. The parties agree that this consent order resolves all matters between them to the date of the hearing as they relate to LTB-T-051352- 25 and LTB-T-102986- 25. 2. On or before February 16, 2026, t he Landlord shall: • engage with a qualified electrician to ensure the electrical requirements in the upstairs washroom meet current Bu ilding Code guidelines and operate in a safe manner; and, • engage with qualified professionals (HVAC, electrical, etc.) to ensure that the bedroom located above the kitchen is at least 20 degrees Cel sius between September 1 and June 15, in com pliance with s. 4 of O. Reg 516/06. 3. In consideration for resolving these matters, the Landlord shall also pay to the Tenant $3,444.00. 4.
