Delete Your Account & Data

You can ask us to delete your LandlordEzy account and your personal data at any time. Here's how, and what to expect.

How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request and our team will process it. You can:

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Your profile and login (name, email, phone, address, password)
  • Account content you control, such as uploaded documents and inspection photos
  • In-app messages and your saved preferences

What we may be required to keep

As an Ontario property-management service, some records must be retained for legal, tax, and regulatory reasons even after account deletion — for example signed lease agreements, rent/payment ledgers, and tenant-screening or credit-report records. We keep these only for the period required by law, restrict access to them, and then delete them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion of eligible data within 30 days. If anything delays it, we'll let you know.
